Terri became a celebrant after training with Carol Poole who was then the UK President of the Australian based 'International Federation of Celebrants'. Terri subsequently built up a very successful celebrancy business throughout both East and West Sussex, conducting Funerals, Weddings, Civil Partnership Blessings and Baby Naming Ceremonies. In May 2007 she travelled to Oklahoma, USA where she studied at the In-Sight Institute with Doug Manning, (an author of over 30 books, a world leading lecturer in the field of understanding bereavement & grief, and trainer of over 1300 Celebrants throughout America) Terri was also fortunate to attend the first ever International Convention of Independent Celebrants in Oklahoma, where she was invited to speak to Celebrants from throughout the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
Using her wealth of knowledge and experience, Terri set up her own Celebrant Training business in September 2007, the first celebrant training school in the UK to specialise in the training of INDEPENDENT Celebrants and quickly found that her services were sort after worldwide, she has not only trained Celebrants from all over the UK, but from South Africa, USA, Greece and Spain. She delighted to now be working alongside The International College of Celebrancy (Australia).
